The Challenge: Red Rabbit provides nutritious, chef prepared meals for schools in the New York tri-state area, and they had a specific target for who they wanted to impact from their service. During the pandemic Red Rabbit was focused on servicing their community, keeping their staff employed and making sure that their brand's mission was crystal clear. As a social enterprise, they did not want the intention of their work to be overlooked. There was a sense of urgency to get this done.

 

The Solution: We worked to clarify the message they wanted to convey and then made sure that there were documented messaging guidelines, appropriate visuals and a plan for re-introducing the brand to the public, their clients and the community they serviced. 

 

The Results: Red Rabbit was able to accomplish a website redesign, a video re-introduction story, creation of email communications, and strategy for partner relation curation.

The Challenge: The grassroots NYC Mayoral candidate needed to create a cohesive campaign brand that accurately represented her platform and connected with the audience she planned to serve.  When the pandemic hit, she also needed to make a quick pivot from in person canvassing to virtual canvassing in a manner that was sensitive to grassroots budget constraints.

 

The Solution: We consulted on messaging, branded social posts and live stream content development. The output included The Future Is Us campaign to convey her inclusive leadership approach,  #IAMNYCHA campaign to raise awareness of the candidates commitment to prioritizing NYC Housing Authority improvement, COVID-19 small business support webinars, virtual meet and greet sessions and weekly Town Hall discussions. 

 

The Results: Within the first 12 months of campaign development we achieved 75,000 minutes of organic video viewing, 11k organic video engagement, inclusion in forums with leading candidates and press coverage including NY Post, City and State, Gotham Gazette, HOT 97 and The Breakfast Club.

The Challenge: The founder of Daily Sweat Fitness loves travel and wanted to incorporate that experience into her fitness business offerings.   

 

The Solution: We worked together to develop Strength & Culture, a series of immersive curated travel experiences that include culture, adventure and fitness for intimate groups. To add to the excitement, we secured swag bag sponsors from Under Armour, Logitech and Harlem 125. 

 

The Results:  Three Strength & Culture experiences were successfully executed including Cuba, Bali and Panama.

The Challenge: Black Gold was re-launching and wanted to be known as a lifestyle brand that inspires their consumer to be the highest version of themselves. They also wanted to show off their white glove customer service and promote their VIP membership.

 

The Solution: We created an exclusive experiential series of intimate events that focused on Chef prepared infused recipes and unique experiences that subtly educated the consumer on safety. The events were promoted as limited admission via social media and email promotion. The brand's Instagram account was diversified to increase lifestyle centric content and balance promotional content. We developed micro influencer partnerships to reach new audiences.

 

The Results: Three high end event experiences garnering 150 guest experiences including influencer attendance. Increase email database 463%, increased social following 150% and revenue increase of 300% for the year.
